Women's Residence

Room in Eberhardt HallThere are two residence facilities for women: Eberhardt Hall and Wangerin House. Eberhardt Hall is a shared facility for high school and university students. Wangerin House is for university students only. Residence rooms are usually shared with another student and are furnished with bunk beds, desks, dressers and chairs. Students soon imprint their personalities on their rooms making the residence their home.

Students have access to high speed internet connections in each room (monthly fees apply) as well as telephone service through the local phone company.

Study HallEberhardt Hall is equipped with in-house laundry facilities, payphone, vending machines, lounge with cable TV, DVD player, pool table, fridge, microwave, as well as a study hall.

Wangerin House is equipped with in-house laundry facilities, payphone, lounge with cable TV, DVD player, fridge, and a microwave.

Men's Residence

Room in Founders HallThere is one residence facility for men: Founders Hall. Founders Hall is a shared facility for both high school and university students, each having their own floor. Residence rooms are usually shared with another student and are furnished with two single beds, desks, dressers and chairs. Students soon imprint their personalities on their rooms making the residence their home.

Students have access to high speed internet connections in each room (monthly fees apply) as well as telephone service through the local phone company.

Founders Hall is equipped with with in-house laundry facilities, payphone, one high school lounge and one university lounge each equipped with cable TV, DVD player, fridge, microwave, and a vending machine.

Co-ed Residence

There is one residence building designated for those who are in their fourth year of academic study or higher:  Alumni House.  Those who are beginning or continuing their After-Degree Program at Concordia or their Master's Degree Program are encouraged to apply to live in this building during the academic year. 

The majority of the rooms are single rooms, furnished with desks, dressers, and chairs. However, one may place a request to have a shared room.   Access to high speed internet is available throughout each room in the building. Telephone service is available but is a separate cost from one's residence fees.   

This building also contains both a lounge and kitchen with a phone, TV, DVD player, VCR, microwave, stove, and oven.

Cafeteria

Residence students are required to subscribe to the declining balance meal plan as offered by food services. The cafeteria provides a variety of hot and cold meals, snacks, drinks and fruit at reasonable prices. The cafeteria is open every day. Recreational Facilities

Weight RoomAn advantage of living on campus is having access to the university recreational facilities which include a weight room and full size gymnasium.
